I’m here to give you more than just general nutrition tips — I use my background and Monash University training to offer personalized, evidence-based advice that truly supports your health. Our Philosophy
Living with IBS can feel frustrating, confusing, and overwhelming — but food shouldn’t be another source of stress. My philosophy is simple: nutrition should bring you comfort, not stress. As a dietitian, I specialize in the low FODMAP diet and take a science-based, practical approach to help you finally get clarity around your gut symptoms.
I don’t believe in quick fixes, rigid food rules, or cutting out everything you love. Instead, I guide you step by step through the low FODMAP process so you can identify your triggers, expand your food options, and feel confident eating again.
If you’re searching for a “miracle cure” or extreme diet plan, I’m probably not the right fit. But if you want trusted, evidence-based support to manage your IBS and improve your quality of life, you’re in the right place.
